Lol you are wrong on so many levels. First of all Siege is a 2015 game and is still running on the same engine as back then. Second of all, it's not THAT specific animation that is impressive, it's the fact the animation will always be different considering the distance between the guy that gets knocked and the wall he gets thrown onto. Now THAT is impressive. Ragdoll tech might be involved but ain't sure cause the dude ain't completely ragdoll considering he's still conscious and you got a rise back up animation right after. So yeah, far from being "most basic animation". But I guess you've already worked on game design and stuff right ? @@user-ug6wc4bv4e 👀

No. When you put your shield away, it's the regular 1 hit melee. Being knocked over puts your shield on your back. With lucky timing and ubi's net code, you can start a shield melee but have your shield unequiped by Oryx dash, making you one hit melee Oryx.

The melee change is balanced by the fact that your body is less exposed, and you can pseudo-Oryx dash people on the ground so that your Ash main can ez frag them. But that's just my thoughts on it. I guess time and the eventual meta will tell whether it's a nerf or a buff really, too soon to say.

@@SB_kilsgb I can see how this may be a buff for Monty (as he is a team playing support role) but as a long term blitz player I think this “buff” as they so call it just finally cements blitz as the worst attacker now. There are so many situations where blitz needed that one hit melee and without that and his hip fire he will just be another Monty, even though his whole purpose is to frag. That’s just my initial thoughts anyhow, I guess we just wait and find out
