As others have said, I appreciate the quiet music. I love your creativity with reusing items that would have otherwise gone in the recycle bin! Removing the labels and getting rid of the visual clutter while still being able to easily identify what everything is is somehow very calming. As a former chef, it's also nice to see someone putting things in sensible containers, i.e., if you need to scoop it out, make sure the top is wide as can be. Awesome video and even more awesome pantry!

I love that you turned this into a relaxing video. I have to say, any kind of organization video always relaxes me. This is such a creative idea. I'm also seeing in some of the comments that it's making others feel like they have a source to look to those that have grown up without a mom. What a lovely way to look at this kind of video. Anyone who has needs giant jars for their spices does some serious cooking. I loved the paper on the recycled jar lids instead of going out and buying all new jars. This turned out beautifully. I wish I had that much open shelving.

As a tip. You can buy just the lids for jars. So if you want to reuse a food jar you can have regular lids for them. Also it would probably be easier to have a wide mouth jar for things in general than a small.

I've noticed a LOT of other organization videos, whether it be laundry room, pantry, etc., are super wasteful (buying small containers of items only to pour them in new ones) but I love how you reused things like the salsa jars and bought in bulk for this! It's more sustainable and I love how my menagerie of different reused jars looks in my pantry.

All will be used up in south asian/asian cooking before it expires. We use quite a few ingredients and spices in our cooking. Besides, most families love inviting guests over and it always includes meals.

With spices and grains, it’s pretty easy to tell. They start to smell stale after a year or two!

If you have open shelving like that in what appears to be a lovely home you really have to make it look nice. All the snacks looked great and I loved how you taste tested a few, lol, but, you lost me at the Seaweed.
