Yes, indeed. She was able to interpret the intent and the power of the song in crescendo. No wonder Allan Rich was blown away. Mori is a singer par excellence. I pray that one day somehow an able producer would take notice of her talent to give her a break for worldwide recognition. That would be a blessing from on high that will put our country the Philippines in the map of "Great Singers" in our time and age.

I haven't seen this in the comments yet, but this performance was brought to the attention of the co writer of "Run to You" Allan Rich. He was so moved he took the time to comment on her Facebook account. He mentioned he was blown away. To receive respect from the writer is such a testimate to her legit interpretation here. This is actually a song Whitney didn't really perform in her concerts save for once I think, by her choice. It will always be a flagship track from the Bodyguard Album regardless.

I wish you guys would watch her J Lo medley. One of the things that makes Morisette the greatest live singer that I have ever heard is that she can literally dance and move around for 7-8 minutes and still belt out these perfect notes. Woww, I missed to react on this for Mori, she gave her all to this song ,the technique is just insane ,yess there is something behind this performance, actually this was a vocal showdown with Jed Madela which is also a powerhouse vocal too..ohh Mori is the voice everyone's to die for..love what she does on her voice technically,with passion ,emotions that leads to a story telling..nobody does it like Morissette, ahhh got my lots of Moriphine ,and I think Richard has overdose himself by playing over and over her technical squeaks on the runs ha ha ha, I think you cant fathom the words to analyse all that u hear..you seems to look scared to hear what she did.. love you for the genuine and awesome reactions for Mori,thanks 😂❤❤❤❤
