You get 10 contracts a day, you can run 5 regular/5 scroll at a time for as long as you have them(not 5 a day). After you pick one from vendor, refresh the list for more chances at a bag or higher level contract.

Dissolving them is a horrible idea. You are getting 1 back from dissolving 2. Keep them and use them as they are when you can, otherwise you're just wasting resources. People need to stop giving that piece of advice.

Great vid. Just a quick clarification for an idiot. Refreshing with the Y button (on xbox) essentially refreshes standard contracts for a bit of gold right? No scrolls needed?

Just make it yourself? Everyone plays different. You can clearly see what skills are being used, Go map them yourself to whatever you want.

I'll give some advice, find your combos for your class and separate them between the triggers. Put buffs on d pad slots. As a healer I have dmg rotation on r1, healing rotation on r2 and buffs on d pad.
