how many rb drills should i do per session for maximum results

I program warmup, then run form, then speed (3 max effort) then 3-4 positional drills depending on how hard it is. 1 is normally a super basic movement to prep the rest

so like 4 reps both sides with two hurdles then the next 4 or however many with 3 for more jumpcut distance
