I sense a Lao kameo nerf coming. I think a fair nerf to low hat would come from a few different options. Either make it a mid, make it so it’s 0 on block, or increase the cooldown. I think the last suggestion along with any of the other two would be fair but I also wanna see some other kameos get buffed or even new moves.

I noticed in both this set and in the Nitara Vs. Shang/Shao one there were instances where a person was likely going for a back hat and did a teleport instead. It makes me wonder if there’s a bug or something that messes with Kameo inputs, because this happens to me a lot too. There’ve been several times where I’ve tried to do a Kameo move and I’m sure I pushed the correct directional input but my Kameo will do the wrong move. If it’s happening to the pros too, I think it could be the game.

If you're using a PS5 controller it could very well be the d-pad. The amount of times I've accidentally gotten a jump input, from pressing too far up on the left/right d-pad, is enough to send me to the shadow realm.

@@mrplow8 PS5 controllers mostly. Some people at my local use PS4 controllers and even the leverless sticks (I'll be it, the PS4 controllers have the same kind of d-pad as the PS5). Personally I like to replace the OEM d-pad with individual directional input buttons to circumvent the accidental inputs. Battle beaver recently released the individual buttons so I'll be getting that soon.

The kung lao teleport has to be changed to R1 plus top Kameo because the number of times pros had misinputs that cost them matches because of a missed input is outstanding even the very best of the best whiffed because that move is just kameo button instead of kameo plus something else...

@@rewind1142 aye man I'm a demi god as well. I got up to grand master using sub/darrius. But I was forced to pick up li mei as soon as I got to grand master cause all I fought were barakas and kenshis. Very close to god 4038/4499 just a few more matches (winning) then I can reach it

@@Somedudee keeps my strings safe. I can continue my pressure with darrius. And the biggest reason is because since sub is a mixing character i tend to utilize that a lot, he only has 1 overhead, but with darrius that makes it 2. For example i use b2 (which is his overhead) but if my opponent blocks it, normally id be screwed, but i have 2 option with darrius, i can either do bf3 so its overhead low, or i can press his assist and do forward assist so that its not only safe but also overhead. Plus if i hold the assist button, until i let it go he’ll stay there and my opponent will be in a state of a panic cause they wont k ow what to do, the moment i release it darrius will do an overhead kick which will give me a free combo
