very cool idea! whenever you get someone to sign a card it always makes the trick memorable. It makes the spectator involved in the trick which is always important and makes the trick relate to them. most people don't think about that type of stuff when performing magic. getting someone to sign a card does way more than showing there is no duplacates. whenever possible get the spectators involved! getting them to sign a card is a good way to do that.

Neither did I, but I have recently started doing them, and I tell ya.... It's easier than you think, sure some tricks take a lot of practice, but many of them, that come across as insanely difficult are actually very simple to do, please give it a try it's wonderful for small get togethers, and parties.

Good trick but you need to be careful on the double lift. You need to make sure that you’re using a similar looking card before the flip when you make it vanish. On top, you have a Queen and then an 8 and it stands out like a sore thumb. I noticed it immediately. Part of me was looking for the trick but I think even if I wasn’t, that’s still a big difference when you’re focusing on a small area and within two seconds that card changes on the top of the pile. I’m not saying that it’s obvious to everyone but it’s obvious enough that someone probably will see a difference. They may not remember what the cards were but if they see something that draws their attention during the first flip, they’ll purposefully pay more attention to the second flip after you take the card back out of the box.
