I've done taekwondo for about 2 1/2 years and got my black belt but when we went into lockdown I had to do practice on zoom meetings and it wasn't working out so I took a break/quit and this has inspired me to get back into it. Thank you.

Its a training staff probably, staves made from bo wood are too heavy to reach such speed, its probably a training staff made from graphite

I think he could be playing as a Vilgefortz, its A character from witcher, who was fighting with The Staff very quickly, or in motion capture at the games. Also i have questions, did you learn all of this skills by yourself? If not, could you Tell me what sport is it? Because i'm training similar things with The sword for 5 years now, (i am 16), And it would be wonderfull to also learn that staff tricks.
