@@queenmary1468 the concept is like a industrialized modern cabin. What they did on those windows' color made it on a modern side like minimal details; 1shade of color and plain shape(straight), so i think that falls on the concept, same with the table's color that really went well with the concept even though the wood is kinda old.

I just mentioned this house on my comment yesterday to look out this property as it resimble to the Kramer's after I finished watching the part 2 of the house tour. I mentioned their that I've seen some of the footage of this house during construction until it's finished but not the house tour yet, so this is my first time to see the house tour. I didn't know by then that this is in Cebu. This is another property in the Philippines that I'm interested to watch a whole video as I like a minimalistic house. If I'm not mistaken Kryz is also a travel blogger and has a million subscribers.👍👍👍😂😂😂

There are lots of more modern and even intelligent houses in Cebu which you can't even find in Manila. Cebuanos, by nature, are creative so they build their houses which really reflect their creative minds. Many modern palatial houses within gated subdivisions in Cebu are located on the mountains affording a panoramic view of both the mountains and the city below.

awesome architectural house. part 2 please. FYI: better to use Panoramah large windows/doors as they are very minimalist frames. So George and Lucy, when you planned to build your house, hire me as your architect. I'm based in the US but would fly out there just for you :)
