Julians major flaw is that he doesn't go for the kill sometimes. I think he shouldve just dove in and finished Japan before they could rebuild. Probably a remnant of his treaty days. Still a top 10 player, if not top 5 currently, imo

I think these musks cost according to their power. Don't forget about samurais, they are much stronger than ashis and more deadly. If you would fix ashis, Japanese will become too weak. I think Japanese need some special strong units to be strong enough and to have opportunity to confrontate other strong civs like Mexico, Russian or Aztecs.
