Haven’t finished the video yet, but I can already tell how relatable it is. Sometimes resellers no matter how big or small just have slightly too much stuff 😹 You go through stuff and say “This is money! Why is it not posted!” Sometimes my wife recommends that I “go shopping in the storage unit” instead of going to GoodWill. I still make some good finds in my own unit 😹 It’s like sourcing without spending money!

Depends! Pretty much everything in the shed is unprocessed, but as we move new stuff in there we will likely start putting red stickers on

I resale super part time as a hobby. I'd consider joining the discord but scared every time you say we don't want you of you won't put the work in it. I want to join for the knowledge but not hardcore enough I guess lol. Anyway enjoy the content

You can still totally do that! We have some hobbyists that still learn a lot. We have people that are honestly just collectors and like chatting. The main point of that comment is that people join, and do no work expecting to quickly make a full time living.

Is the maintenance of keeping the average selling price high worth more than the non-value add of the storage rental? I suppose the higher average selling price adds some value for your "brand" on ebay and helps the cash flow, but do the rental fees out-weigh those benefits? In other words should you just sell anything you can to get rid of the rental? I do not really know the economics of your particular situation. I suppose items sitting too long on your ebay store is a negative also.

We want to get rid of the unit eventually, we don't plan on keeping it. By selling the highest valued items first, it more than covers the cost of the unit on top of profiting.
