🤠🤠🤠 I use magnesium spray oil when I have feet, ankle, calf, leg cramps. Just spray and rub it in well and it helps get rid of the cramping. When you do get a cramp anywhere on your leg/feet just get up quickly and put your weight on it, walk around a bit. If it still hurts use the mag spray.

Vivian, I heard it absorbs well, (not that brand) but magnesium oil to help you sleep but a lot of people were complaining that it can cause severe itching. A lot of people love it. I bought it for my daughter but haven’t tried it for fear she will be up all night itching. Once it’s absorb through your feet you can’t really wash it off to stop the effects. This is just my thoughts. If anyone uses it it would be nice for you to comment if it caused this. Thanks V ❤ your videos!

The powder Tylenol is great for travel or if you are somewhere you might not have water available when you need it. The other powder your thinking about is BC Powder, it's an aspirin so if you can't have aspirin the Tylenol is a great alternative.

It's walmart's answer to the target haircare line. We'll, not made by target but only sold in target & the higher grade version on the manufacturers website. It's called function of beauty. The difference is that it's a line for different hair types. Straight(light blue), wavy(purple), curly(pink), coily(yellow). The packaging & the product are all those colors. Easy to remember which one you get. I get the curly line(pink). I add boosters for frizz, & deep conditioner in & mix for extra hair help. I've been a fan for years.

So basically they took pixie sticks and added crushed Tylenol into the sugar. They should have taken the little packets and put them inside of a childproof container.
