14:15 Hello, I am with the Federation of Choral Murrgls and like to inform you that you can play all conches the moment you get a golden Bream, since they grow at the same rate. Doesn´t matter the stats they have when you play the conch. They will always be the same size and grow at the same rate. Playing conch for more golden Bream is always net positive. Thanks for your content. Keep on rocking. Edit: 19:15 - nevermind. :)

There's a sight optimization in not conching immediately to reduce the bream buff animations.

Another slight optimization I just thought of: if you pop conch immediately, the battlecry murloc that buffs your hand could split the stats on 2 seperate breams instead of 1, and down the line when you get another conch the bream you copy will be slightly smaller than if all the stats were consolidated onto 1. Pretty insignificant and I’d say the animations are more of a headache than losing like 3/3 in stats, but both are probably an ok trade off for just the peace in mind that you can pop it now and not mess it up later or something

The real protip is not to golden the bream before putting a divine shield on one of them, then golden it and conch for infinite shielded breams. You only REALLY need to find 3 breams the entire game, so waiting with 2 of them until you get divine shield spell and holding the conches isn't an issue if you're winning. Not always worth the effort though

Battlegrounds is the first Blizzard game I've seen where the power creep has exceeded what the games infrastructure can even handle. Even basic comps aren't limited by stats or strategy anymore, its limited by your APM and connection speed.

battlegrounds building from the same spaghetti code as regular HS is holding it back. they need to rewrite the backend and remove the features that are extraneous for BGs in the process.

Why wouldn't you just conch immediately after getting the golden brime? They keep scaling parallel afterwards anyways, just get three golden ones immediately

Only reason you wouldn’t want to us they would split the buffs from murcules and eagill but in general that’s not very important with brann Murloc and he didn’t have a murcules

Yeah, aside from a select few cards that buff in-hand minions, there wasn't much of a reason to hold the conch.
