Clickbait yes. Have I stayed there for 3.5 month for 75usd per month? Yes I did. Monthly stay will be a lot cheaper then on Google (which also includes breakfast etc). It’s quite, but close to the university and is pretty lively minutes away. You do hear the airplane coming over 😅 Monthly rent is very cheap though but this video is quite “old” and made during the pandemic

You’re probably beter extent your visa after 45 days with another 30 at immigration in the city you’re staying. Then cross the border for a few hours and come back for another 30 days + extension for another 30 days. That already gives you 135 days :) you can do a border run via land 2 times in a calendar year. I hope this was useful 😁

@@potbelly5928 as far as know they stoped handing out special tourist visas in October. A tourist visa should be easier and extendable. Everyone I talk to are on there 60days covid extensions. People do this already for 1.5 years and no one is asking questions. Every extension cost 1.900 baht
