I really hope they all debut together as 7. They've been through this all together and know each other, seem to get along and work well together and each bring something special to the group which means a lot of versatility and opportunity for their discography. There are many groups with 7 or 8 members, and everybody gets enough time to shine, it can be done. Maybe not equally in every song, but in an album everybody gets equal time to shine in the parts that they are best suited to... Stray Kids is an excellent example of this. I for one cannot wait to see how YG as a company steps out of their comfort zone of small groups and let's each of these girls shine as much as they deserve to.

If you re watch the introduction videos of the members, the way YG is talking is like he is presenting the girls not as a trainees but a debut members, they put in different order the videos first de introduction and then the last evaluation, (he say he called rora because he wants she bright like an aurora on stage, say pharita once she get used to Korea she will spread her wings, with Haram say its hard to beat her vocals and she can be put against renowned artist (he is not going to loose her when he said that) with chiquita he said he hopes in the future she will be popular as Lisa, with Ahyeon say that is difficult to have it all like her, so saying that you think he will lost that gems? Asa and Ruka are rappers and YG is a house of rappers, he is not going to launch a group without rappers… at least 2 if the group is 7

That’s one reason why blackpink is so popular because there’s only 4 of them There’s more focus on each member and each member is popular.
