I cried recently and I had never cried like that for at least 20 years. And it felt like the burden of the last 20 years had fallen of my shoulders, like I was a new person, though I also feel like I'm my old self again. Like I simultaneously became old and new. It's a pretty good development, I can tell you!

Bodhi's cracked stones in thr desert sound like an Australian native people story. It has something to do with healing and children and the rock cracks are portals... I can't remember. I read about it in Robert Moss' The secret history of dreaming. I have to go back and check the story.
