Insecurity in Abim district - 12 with gun shots, 65 with bow and arrow wounds and 6 dead

People in Abim district are spending sleepless nights due to resurgence of suspected Karimajong warriors conducting surprise attacks on villages and communities on daily basis.
According to reports from Abim General hospital, since the beginning of April over 12 people were recorded with gun pelted shots, 65 with bow and arrows, and 6 dead on referrals from the communities.
In this report, the locals wants security deployment multiplied across, short of that government relocates the people to other safe areas outside Karamoja. Let’s have the report.
