I am going on Holiday to Indonesia from the Netherlands. A few friends recommend to buy an Indonesian SIM card. I am a bit reluctant. I had planned just to use WiFi and leave roaming out. I 'll have holyday there just for three weeks.

Hi, thanks for your comment I would see if there is a local sim you can get in your country which would allow you to use it while on holiday, or can get a local sim while on holiday but please note may cost you a lot to call home but will be cheaper to use in the country you are in on holiday.

Hi there! I've got a question. I just bought a Sony Xperia X and I inserted the micro SD from my old phone, but the Xperia didn't recognize it. Like, at all; it didn't seem to see that there was any SD card anywhere. I tried again, with another SD card and yet again, the phone didn't see it. The cards I used were a Kingston 8GB and a Kingston 16 GB. I then inserted the 16 GB into my mp3 player so I could connect it to my PC. All the files were there and it opened fine. I copied all of the files to my pc and then formatted the SD card; first into NTFS and later FAT32. Neither formats helped in any way, still no recognition from the phone that I had inserted an SD card. I honestly don't know what else to do or what could be the problem. Do you have any idea what I could do to fix this? Thanks a bunch in advance!

Hi thanks for comment first thing is to make sure its not mounted as can cause an issue and very odd if i was you if can try another brand if not my need to check software as device may need update if these don't work my have to return the device and explain whats wrong and get a replacement i hope this helps if think of any more news il let you know.

Hmm ... I can not get the SD card to fit in the tray - and the video does NOT show how to do it, since it jump-cuts (from trying to get the card in, to the a point where the card IS in ... but how do you actually get it into the tray? That was what I expected to see here :-) And a small hint - why no turn the phone around (screen down on a soft surface)? Then the cards do not fall out of the tray ;-)

Thanks for the reply. I figured out how to get it in now, but I was afraid to break something in the process, since the tray is so fragile. Your video was still helpful, in showing that the card CAN fit that way - but funny that the exact moment that I wanted to see was missing :-)

My dumb girlfriend put the sim alone in there without the tray and got it stuck deep. Should I just go buy as small tweezers as I can find or do you have a better idea or would it actually be a bad idea to go mess with tweezers in there?

Hi oh sorry to hear that I wouldn't suggest it with metal tweezers as can damage the board could try plastic instead or try shake it a bit or go to shop and explain if with in 30 days might be able to help hope mange to get it sorted.

Hi thanks for the comment this device requires a nano sim which is the smallest on the market you can either contact your network provider for a new smaller sim or pop to local mobile phone shop and they might be able to help you out.

Hello Tracey, you don't need to have an SD card its only use is for extra storage.
