과냉각현상이란
물질에는 각각 그때의 온도에 따른 안정상태가 있어서
온도를 서서히 변화시키면 이에따라 안정상태를 유지하면서 온도변화를 따라갈 수가 있다.
하지만 온도가 갑자기 변하면 온도변화에 따른 안정상태로 변화할 여유가 없기때문에 출발점 안정상태 그대로 유지되거나 변화하다가 마는 현상
과냉각 상태에서 충격을 주어 불안정한 물분자들이
순식간에 얼게된 것

Explanation of supercooling phenomena
Each substance has a stable condition depending on the temperature at that time, so if the temperature changes slowly, it can keep up with the temperature change.
However, if the temperature changes suddenly, it cannot afford to change to a stable state due to the temperature change, so it remains stable at the starting point or changes and then stops.
Unstable water molecules in supercooled state shock and freeze in an instant.
재료
500ml 생수
1. 실온상태의 500ml 생수를 준비한다.
2. 라벨을 제거하고 냉동실 (-24°c)에서 2시간30분 동안 넣어두기
3. 충격없이 조심히 꺼내 겉면의 물기를 닦아주기
4. 바닥에 툭~충격을 준 뒤 얼음의 모습 관찰하기
5. 얼음이 담긴 그릇에 물을 부어 얼음이 쌓이는 모습 관찰하기
Material
500ml bottled water
1. Prepare 500ml bottled water at room temperature.
2. Remove the label and leave it in the freezer (24°c) for 2 1/2 hours.
3. Take it out carefully without impact and wipe off the water on the surface.
4. Watch the ice after tapping on the floor.
5. Pour water into a bowl of ice and observe the ice accumulates.

저는 냉동고 온도를 -24도로 조절한뒤 실온에 있던 생수로 했어요~냉동고 온도에 따른 시간차는 정확히 모르겠어요~~예민한 것이라 냉동고가 많이 작동하면 설정온도보다 더 차갑게 돌아갈 수도 있구요~~또 어떤분은 90분 만에 되셨다는 분도 있어서^^;;정확히 답변드리지 못해 죄송해요~~

냉동실에 넣을 때 충격이 없어야돼요~~그리고 냉동실온도와 시간도 중요해요~설명보시고 해보세요~~상온에 있던 물로 하시구요~~
