This is a beautiful house. It's just "dark" and the color scheme has too many variations. This is my third Kenyan video tonight and I noticed the same thing with all three. I say try pastels or white walls, and if you do oak or mahogany crown moldings and interior trim with parquee floors, then definitely do all white walls. Try real or faux marble floors. Granite or faux granite countertops. I dont like wallpaper, but some types are nice. I'd prefer bare clean walls or some wainscotting in some cases. No drapes for me...give them to my grandma...Dont cover the widows...allow the outside to come in...or use drapes or blinds only where needed... Especially if the home is on a private secluded property, I would not cover the windows at all.

Secondly, the price goes with demand, in this area Kenyans and expatriates prefers to stay in these such magnificent houses. Such properties are rare hence high selling price.
