Well I do appreciate you finding a home for less than 425,000 because I will tell you, most of those people out here can't afford those extremely high price 500,000+ homes. I still prefer if you can find even lower Homes for the average person that don't make that much money. I appreciate that and all you do.

Great video. The homes are nice, but out of my price range. The 1st house, the room opposite to the kitchen, I would make that the dinning rm, and one of the rooms on the front of the house the living and the den/sitting rm. For these prices, these houses should not need any renovation, seriously. Ms. B. Churchill

I live in Sweden (Stockholm area). Here you are lucky if you get a small town house approximately 30 km from the center of Stockholm for around 400 000 dollars

I believe if you must invest in flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, etc, what's the point?! It's already pricy!! Spend a bit more and buy a new home. Know prices have gone up but, these homes are damaged with water. What is behind these walls? Nah, the pool doesn't mean anything to me. I'll pass up on these...
