All those homes are beautiful, definitely for the rich folks! The 2nd house is my favorite, I love how the set up is and that they have the furniture in it to give you an idea how to set it up. And I don’t like all that black in the counter tops in the first house, to me it just doesn’t look right but it is a beautiful home.

Lived in lwr for 20 yrs. When we sold we were the last original owners in our sub development. Its very transient, very stepford and now very expensive.

Last house not a fan of all the black trim, and black tiles, black accent walls, black beams, and furniture, but house is very beautiful just with lighter finishes….just not into the black accents. Toll brothers has a beautiful product.

The houses are lovely. 3rd house is nice but I think my favorite is the 2nd one. But its a little sad that all this development is going on. There are certain types of people who love that type of HOA/CDD gated community and power to them.

Lakewood Ranch is the best selling non age restricted master planned community in the country. #2 overall only behind The Villages.

I have been to the Isles the homes are nice but for the price which is close to two million dollars you do not get a flex room and an office. Looks like Toll Brothers Sarasota does not think people are working from home anymore. All these expensive homes should have those two things. Look at the closets for the last home 1.6M and that is the closet you get in the master bedroom? Plus what really turned me off was that for almost 2M They were limited in the choice of appliances. I wanted Wolf and Subzero and I was given the excuse that because of Covid they stopped offering them. Covid was 3 years ago and every video you see from Toll Brothers you see Wolf and Subzero. I might sound picky but for that kind of money I can go Custom and get what I want. Check the appliance stores in Sarasota and Tampa and they said Wolf and Subzero had only a 90 day wait and that is crazy when you have to wait a year for the build and you can't get it. I am very disappointed in the quality and imagination of Toll brothers in Sarasota they are to close in options plus all they basically have in elevations id the the West Indies and coastal type of look. I do not know why this type of design is basically pushed. They are so totally different in southern florida. More choices more options more imagination for about the same type of money. Any thoughts?

I agree with you. I hate when builders have certain things in their models, online, etc. but don’t offer those items. Not to long ago, I was filming one of their communities and was told that they offer pool packages, but it wasn’t any of the pools in their models 🤣 🤦🏻‍♂️

@@joshbryanrealtorThe difference is tremendous from south Florida and the rest of the country vs Sarasota in styles and offerings. The only builder that comes close to the south Florida style is Kolter Homes at Artistry. This happens when you let franchises do what they want. Looks like I'm going custom.
