I am saying from the perspective of Per square foot construction cost in Kochi which is anywhere around 1700 to whopping 2400 But yeah increasing cost of raw materials, labours, demands and profit margins has raised the bar exponentially

It’s alright. Either the guy didn’t want to spend too much on interiors or architect is too optimistic about his designs. I’m not trying to be negative Nancy here but this 3500sqft space could have been classy.
