RIP Trees, bushes, flowers, and all the butterflies and birds that depend on them. Beautiful home. Just wish that builders/developers in Nigeria learn to incorporate one or two bushes and/or small trees into their developments. Instead of that ill-advised pool is such a tight space, how about a little bit of green space. Our world will be grateful for it. Master bedroom closets are so inadequately small. Confidence, good job as always. When I am ready to buy, I am coming to you.

Housing is Concept decent is just that the developer didn't manage space Efficiently. E.g look at staircase it could have been retracted to the wall so for more space for the dining area and book shelves beneth the staircase.The pool could have been pushed to the edge.

And yet, the fools in the west say we live in trees. A house like this in the west will be about a million and some areas more than a million dollars. Life is far better in Africa. Thanks so much for the updates, I hope to be a purchaser one of these days soon by God’s grace.

Oga relax, this is not a million dollar house, here in Ohio, this might go for USD450,000 to USD500,000. Million dollar no be beans.
@truthfulforever2824 жыл бұрын
@@MajorrBison First thing is that home you’re talking about In Ohio where am a frequent visitor to families are built with papers. Secondly, the ones that have pools are not under 500 thousand and they’re not smart homes. You light a fire in the Ohio homes and these homes in Nigeria, the homes in Nigeria will remain standing why the homes in Ohio burn out in 5 minutes. Please give credits where it belongs, and make sure you do your research before involving oneself in an argument that has no feet. By the way, I have lived in the USA for 27 years and 15 of those years, I have been self employed which gives me the leverage to research before getting into baseless conversations. Lastly, we owned our houses in Africa, unlike the 30 years you have in the USA to own a house. Life gets shorter when your whole life is based on work and pay bills with absolutely no time for yourself and your family. If you’re sensible enough to understand these facts and many I didn’t mentioned, you will agree that the houses in Africa worth even more than I have previously mentioned. The land is yours, unlike America where you can never own a land.
@truthfulforever2824 жыл бұрын
@@MajorrBison I forgot to mention to you that Ohio homes are not priced the same as homes in New York, Florida, California, Las Vegas, Beverly Hill, and many other areas. Maybe, if you can read with some comprehension you will see in my comments that i distinguished the localities, although I didn’t mention the names.

Happy to see estates like this springing up in parts of Nigeria; hopefully, people in diaspora could use the opportunity to own a holiday home, and foreigners could have a beautiful place like this to stay when they come visit.The duplex needs laundry room/space fitted with washer and dryer, something I don't see in most of the videos I watch from Lagos. Regardless, if only the country know what they are missing in the global tourism industry that could potentially provide livelihood to millions of citizens. When will the leaders sit up and just do the right thing, and stop this cow-driven and cow-survival mentality?

Security is good. Don't let Ghanaians make you think security in Lagos is bad. I walk around the whole of Lagos everyday till the night and some times past midnight and nothing has ever happened to me. In Nigeria guns aren't legal so they are a rare commodity contrary to the USA. Unless you're living in the ghetto security is good. Terrorists are in a far away part of the country (Nigeria is huge afterall). Idk who spread the misconception that we live with our lives on the line in Nigeria, this narrative is getting tiring

OK, this is my take: Spent too long in that kitchen and too much repeated information - work on your presentation by watching professionals on youtube - you could be very good at this. That bathroom at 5:03 is designed very badly: no access to the shower with the sink and toilet in the way. The living room and kitchen are good and the white makes it pop but, forget the gadgetry like embedded speakers and more fancy lighting and spend that budget on planting some trees and creating greenery around the house and along the streets in the estate - much better appeal to buyers. Gym? That's a big NO for that space @9:15 - pyjama lounge is a better idea, yes. I can't emphasise enough how much trees and gardens add to the value of a property - plant plant plant
@joso24574 жыл бұрын
I agree, the guest bathroom design is a no no. Also, for me, the tap and shower is hideous, stainless steel will be better. Nice house though.
