That property is just off Veterans Pkwy, a major road with a lot of traffic. The lot is standard sized and offers no access to the river (so forget boating...). No way that house is worth 1.15m!

Beautiful back yard but I wouldn’t want it. With the bugs etc here in sw Florida to leave the entertainment area and pool open to wildlife and big mosquitoes etc
