Really like the layout and the pool opening up to patio garden area with the sunk in seating, love it. Really like the separate building at the back of the garden too. The only thing I would change, though, would be the hot tub location, beside the house other than away down there.

Clearly more bang for your buck in Derbyshire than here in the South. Lovely spec to the home. The only flaw is that dreadful driveway, it doesn't do the house any favours. It could do with some greenery out front.
