It’s crazy how little you get in the core of TO. I live in Ancaster walking distance from Ancaster tennis club and HGCC and have a full house with pool, outdoor kitchen, 2.5 car garage and parking for 8, 11ft x 4ft island (indoor kitchen) Full theatre in basement with golf simulator…the list goes on. Maybe $1.6m. I really don’t see how anyone that already lives outside the core would consider moving to it. I’d need $4-5m to match my lifestyle.

With CN rail tracks behind it, the building is on Dupont St. 0.05 Right from its beginning, this video deceitfully avoids those noisy CN rail tracks. When the trains pass, the whole building shakes and its windows rattle.

This building is actually on Dundas St. not Dupont St. and yes rail tracks are part of the fabric of living in The Junction. But if your considering a move to The Junction, you probably knew that already.

Also it smells like someone took a dump in the air all summer lol. So you won’t be enjoying that patio . 😂

No wonder Condos aren't selling in Toronto, too expensive and way to small. One can buy a large Bungalow for that money and get 4x the square footage.

Cool unit in a seemingly nice neighborhood.

Downtown or The Junction? They’re two different areas.

If that’s futuristic, I don’t want to live in the future!!! I rather a house from the Victorian era😂😂😂😂

Fantastic home. If only condo builders gave this much attention to layout and design. Any negative comment here is pure sour grapes, knowing they can’t afford to buy it for what is clearly undervalued to the forward thinking person. Buy it with your partner for 1.3 today, and move on to the next beautiful journey after selling for north of 2M by 2035. Lovely condo!

I think that's the best comment we've ever received on our condo tour videos, thank you for that! 🙏 You're the best!

Ugh. Dark, oppressive ceilings, endless beige, bad use of space, ugly cold finishes.

What is the purpose of this video? In a city with thousands of condo and apartment buildings!! Highlighting this condo for sale and all of its amenities benefits, but never provided an address!! Pure fluff!! DO BETTER!!
@thetorontolife9 ай бұрын
This video is clearly an advertisement for the condo, typically that's what you do in a video of this sort, highlight the benefits so people know what you get at this price point. And exactly why do we have to list the address? You have something against mystery? It's in The Junction, not a huge neighborhood, if you wanted to, you could figure it out.

78K realtors in Ontario,,,, just proved you don't need any education, or social skillsc to sell 1 house a year!! Dude, if you want "clicks" I'll get you clicks.... you just won't like the reactions. @@thetorontolife
