This is a beautiful home. At first I wasn't to fond of the first floor but when you went up to the second floor that changed everything. The second floor an balcony make this home at the price point Incredible. I could live there an enjoy every minute.

I’m actually not usually one of those people too enamored by New York cityscapes. They just look like cold concrete and glass blocks to me. But here it really works! A nice little place. About the right size (not too sprawling) if you’re single or a couple looking for a snazzy 😆 hang out in New York City 🙂
