Hey Jason. I’m late but I’m here. Omg. Massive home. Nice open entry, first guest and en-suite. Open concept kitchen/dining/sitting tv room. 1/2 bath by the staff room? There’s probably an en-suite in the staff room. Lovely sitting/dining/adult and kids pool/outdoor kitchen. Spacious first guest bedroom. Would make it a Kids room as they are curious and my climb. VIP suite with balcony. Bedrooms amazing. Primary and en-suite and balcony amazing. Love those circular loungers. Eric got your back. Your ride or die. 🙌🏼. 😂. Is that rooftop to give golf seamless vibes? Guess you can put seating / dining up there. Thanks so much and see you next video.

For an 11M House, the front doors should be different. They look like doors you open up at a store. I like what you mentioned about the kitchen color panel. The white, black, and green. Nice mention! I’ve never seen the indoor railing in a room. I think that’s cool. It reminded me of little ballerinas, where they can practice lol. I wish there were more natural lighting in this house. The main suites closet is different! I wish the bathroom was bigger but the view from the main suite is nice! I like all of the greenery this house shows. I just don’t think it’s worth $11M. You did a great job as always Jason!

This is 11M because of the location and it’s a beautiful property. You can literally see the city and have privacy. If you want a property similar to this but for less it will be in the boca area/delray etc.

Why is every home in Miami and southern Florida all Art Deco? So much white, ugh. The furniture which I know is expensive but always looks much the same, I swear I’ve come to hate Art Deco style. Imagine a home with some color in it instead of white white white. White marble, white furnitures, white everything. The only exception at Times is Mediterranean style/decorated homes and they aren’t all the common. Ah well, to each their own.
