Finally the shophouse tour! Love, love, love!!! By the way, shophouses are narrow and deep because back then during the colonial days, they were taxed based on how wide the front of the house was!

Thanks for the tour..... My grandmother had a shop house and we lived there for a while.... I remembered the ceiling were really high and we had layers and layers of lofts. Too bad they were all demolished 😭

I was a Singaporean who now live in 🇨🇦. Although indisputably chic, $10 million for this shophouse is outrageously expensive considerably the kind of property one could get elsewhere, wouldn’t you say?

Area is near CBD if i recognised it correctly. It's close by the MRT, near a hospital (10mins by walk), alot of amenities. Its literally in a prime area.
