初コメ失礼します。 年季の入った家ですねぇ。良いんじゃないですかぁ。私も小さいころは築150年の「旅館」「古民家に住んでました」ほんでローズマリー好っきっきゃねんなぁ。ピザ窯で上と下に窯があるタイプなんですな。文化の建築の違いですね。なんか娘が帰ってきてオカンとしゃべると思ったら無言でしかも、爆火力の直火でリブ肉も焦げてジャガイモの切ったカスは入れかったので、素揚げで塩とペッパーでフレンチポテトにできるし捨てるなんてもったいない！ 玉ねぎの皮とニンニクの皮は火になるので使えます。もう一つの調場の床は釘で撃って直して、屋根も釘で固定し水と粘土の濃度濃い土で隙間を土嚢で埋めて、本当はビニールシートの部厚い「建築用」の物で木の板でサンドイッチにして水が入らないようにスレートみたいなうねりのあるもので、屋根の木を腐れせないための加工とまな板は大木を薄くスライスして作れます。材料があれば補強建築してリフォームできそう。ちなみに「火消えて炭になった直前の時が一番いい火加減です」　ただの飯作って食べるだけになっているｗ
