I’ve actually been to this house. The house itself is amazing, there’s so much detail throughout the house it’s hard to appreciate through video. The grounds are incredible, you forget that your in the middle of a city.

All you need to do is look for the same space about 20 miles away from where this house is and you'll get it for half the price. Look for even better/cheaper locations and you'll get it for even less. Plus you can save on a lot of these unnecessary luxury items in there and get it for even less money. There is really no reason to buy this property for so much money

115 millions is a bit too much you think? Let's not forget that the house comes with a Marilyn tunnel. The Marilyn tunnel can be converted easily into a Taylor tunnel on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays. Then on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays it's a Miley tunnel, while Taylor works with Hollywood luminaries like Demi Moore at the revised theory of relativity. On Sundays, tunnel is definitely closed.

This house sold for $90 million 4 years ago, so treating it as an investment with a ~7% growth in 4 years the price is actually kinda fair. BUTTT personally I would expect farrrr more than just 10 acres of land for this price. $40 million (and under) houses featured on this channel have far more/better amenities.

Yes ok it's not worth anywhere close to 100 mil + but i disagree with anyone who says the home isn't stunning. It's absolutely breathtaking and the level of detail and intricacy is something you can't find in modern homes. I love the blend of old and new/modern. It's done very elegantly and seamlessly
