Majority of the problem I have seen in many houses in this lekki is the floor plan and the the kitchen(alway very little)..floor plan for a family house should always include 2 dining room..1 inside the kitchen and another one maybe inside the living room or a separate room and 2 living room one upstairs and the other on the 1st floor

Everyone commenting about the price must not be aware that anywhere in the world where you live on prime real estate in a city, you will pay an exorbitant price for a small space. If you pick this house up and put it in New York City Manhattan it would be 4 to 8 million USD without question. This is a steal because of the location. In 5 to 10 years, if all goes well, this will be $800,000 and $350,000 would look cheap.

In the UK, in a typical house, the washing machine is in the kitchen. In our kitchen, we also have a dishwasher which we never use. A house of this size should probably have its own laundry room though.
