Nice basic ideas. 4 personal preference would change out front entry to a single insulated door with a storm door to accommodate 4 season weather . Also include a coat/boot area upon entering. Would trade out dining set & utilize more of a U-Shape 2 include peninsula eating area & laundry & more cabinets 4 storage above. Always need more storage😬. Full bath with tub/shower combo, please🫢. Like safety exit ☺️ TY 4 nice ideas.

Pretty nice and straightforward. The only modifications: for 2 bedrooms, I would definitely place a bathtub instead of a shower in the only bathroom. Also, I would add a dryer next to the washing machine because there's plenty of room, and nicer cabinets on top.

Suggest getting rid of the table and chairs and extend the kitchen. Need more counter space and cabinets. Great design otherwise. A lot of ppl eat on the couch while watching tv.😊

Só não gostei da lavadora de roupas dentro da cozinha. Deveria ter uma pequena área aos fundos da casa, para a lavadora e um pequeno tanque

I like okay except I always wonder on nearly every plan I watch where is the hot water tank and the heating unit?
