BEAUTIFUL!!! 💙💙💙You had me at finished basement... I love this home, the Cul-de-sac, the outdoor yard with tall trees, the huge bedrooms, that kitchen island!!! The only thing I would add is fencing and of course my waterfall feature on the upper deck and lower patio area... Thanks for sharing 😇

Very nice! Love the two primary suites, as well as the double water closets too. What a fantastic laundry room. I would use that desk and work station in the laundry room or crafting. Right now, all my crafting items are scattered throughout the house. Canton is beautiful and you did a great job presenting this home to us. Nice basement, but that huge bedroom, takes that basement over the top. A kitchen in the basement, yes please!. Hi Gail! I figured most would use that space for crafting. What a great room. If someone had a cricut or cnc machine, there'd be room in there to setup a counter/table for one of those too!

Wow! That's a really big home. I could stand for hours looking at the views out back. Paradise! Add a fire pit on the ground level and a second grill area to compliment the kitchen downstairs. I thought the closets were great. Put some space aside for a sauna and a great gym plus theater downstairs. The showers in the primaries seemed small for the suites though. I just expected them to be more open since the space was available. Not deal breaker. Just the tub in many homes doesn't get used like big showers would. Great home, though. Probably be sold by February 2025 for asking price.

I agree about the shower sizes! Apparently there's room for a pool out back and I had misunderstood. They didn't put one in because the person who was originally going to buy this house didn't want one, but later backed out of the deal. Hot tub would be awesome overlooking everythign.

Lovely home. Nitpicky comment but would've loved to have 1 toilet in the owner suites and a super shower with the tub inside. The closets are amazing!

That would be a nice setup too. I like a more open shower, this feels a bit enclosed. Adding the tub inside is something I've seen in a few homes, it can be really nice too

Nice, when I went to look at this home I was trying to see where I can place a pool... it would cost a lot to do but its doable.... just need 600K dollars or more to do it right....LOL

Yea, the listing agent told me after she saw the video I made that there's definitely room for a pool back there. They didn't build one because they originally had someone who wanted that lot and no pool, but they backed out. My bad, I mistunderstood~

The yard has a down hill slope. It has no elevators and way to many leave trees which are messy on the lawn...I'll pass on this
