Beautiful villa. A question: Are any of the homes that you showcase fitted with glass that's one way, for privacy where you can see outside but no one can see in? The shower in the master bedroom of this villa is fully glass fronted - wouldn't it be wonderful to be able to shower whilst looking outside knowing that you cannot be seen.

Nice house, but quite expensive for a neighbourhood that will probably be under water in 10-20 years when sea levels are rising. Dubai can’t even handle rain because they don’t have proper canalisation, so good luck with rising sea levels.
