Simplicity can be elegant, no need for all the ‘gold’. Unlike most houses I’ve seen, this house has a lot of natural light coming in without turning on the lights. Master bedroom could have a better and bigger closet (wardrobe). That’s too small for one person. The kitchen is small, the room adjacent, the pantry should have been an extension of the kitchen for more cabinets. How negotiable are the prices of these homes?
@bukolamoses
@bukolamoses 2 жыл бұрын
I agree with you to some extent and here are my observations as well. 1. The developer should have worked around two colours at least for the exterior by painting the columns a colour that compliments white. 2. The interior is generally white I expect that the architraves of the doors should be any shade of brown,grey or oak. 3. Judging from this video,the skirting of the floor tiles is not visible enough, its hidden, maybe because of the monolithic colour. 4. The king sized bed in the master bedroom can be moved farther away from the window,its obstructing the illumination and maybe ventilation depending.
@nosaoyemade9618
@nosaoyemade9618 2 жыл бұрын
@@bukolamoses come to think of it, the interior walls should be painted they and the doors white and the front door, red. I like red front doors or some other strong color. The oak doors don’t do it for me anymore. Let’s home the person who buys it will put some potted plants in front of the house for some contrast. These young builders are doing some fantastic work in the building industry. I’m impressed.

@UCYRuS55kXvVq0VL3_v_1L5Q what’s the saying? One man’s meat is another man’s poison. I sold real estate for years and frankly I have seen very few luxury homes. But with a few tweaks here and there, it could be. All of the gold nonsense has to go, the front door is boring oak or mahogany, it should be painted with a bold color, like red and the sterile white interior, painted grey, medium shade. They could put crown moldings in the rooms and improve the kitchen layout. I’m getting carried away here. I hope these builders read these comments so they can improve the next project.

As a Jamaican living in DC for 22 years, the first time I traveled to motherland, I went to Ghana for 2 weeks but I end up 4weeks. I decided to trip to Lagos, Nigeria for 1 week but It was very bad experienced for me. why am I saying this? l was staying at the hotel, my second day, I decided to go to town but when i was coming back to the hotel, it was black out and everywhere is dack. I got into my room and I realized that someone broken onto my bag took some amount.the hotel management couldn't do anything about it. I decided to Sue them, my friends in Ghana told me to return back quickly as much as possible. So i changed my ticket that's very night and move out from the that BAD country to Ghana. So when I got back to the states, I told all my friends back in JA and US.

You had a bad experience, people also bad experiences in Bronx, LA and that doesn't mean you don't travel to America- let's be balanced. CRIME is in EVERY city in the world, trust me I have lived in Miami and Southern California not just in Nigeria. Folks who travel smart learn to manage themselves in whichever global city they visit- don't call any country BAD because of your own biases and ONE bad experience. I have also visited Jamaica which I enjoyed but there are parts I will never visit but that doesn't give me the right to libel Jamaica to my family and friends, I go to places I know I can navigate (like Montego Bay) and some parts I avoid. Smart traveling.
