I do NOT like the 2 level garden in front - but at some point you have to deal with the nature as it is. The house itself is quite interesting and amazing - well thought out. My only other complaint is that in a house like this I would love to have a couple of empty rooms (not to throw out furniture) for a multi room office complex ;)

From the streets it looks phenomenal, from the sea side it looks horrendous. To artificial and unnatural imo. Should habe kept more of the natural beauty in the gardens and incorporate the landscape into the home on the sea side.
