This is my first time seeing one of your videos. Just some feedback; I don't know if you were talking fast to make sure the video wasn't too long or if you were on a time crunch, but you seemed really anxious talking, try to pace yourself when talking, also expand your vocabulary, make sure you aren't repeating the same thing over and over, presentation is something to keep working on, overall though it was still attentive. When I moved back to Ohio after living in NYC for a long while, I bought a fixer upper home for $18,000. 7 years later my home is estimated at $98,000. Not a bad turn around. So, when I decide to sell, I am sure I will get well over a 100 grand for this home.
