Show me a better flat roof 😜 this one is top notch the design of living spaces at the back. The two kitchen, laundry area. A family room that makes use of the roof terrace, a study area, the sliding floor to ceiling doors I give it 10/10 design wise. Superb design and classic finishings. I can only recommend one thing that is- the top balconies ought to have some sort of metal bars fencing or at least a raised wall otherwise a small child or even a grown up person can easily tumble down by accident.
