But there is no waiting area, you enter straight from outside into the sitting room and floor to ceiling is short which means very tall people will find it unconducive especially the sitting room. The floor to ceiling is not really short if you look closely its just the camera angle, if you look @ 5:49 or 12:18 you will clearly see the lady height to the door and amount of space left then add that to additional space above the door frame.
