Hi Denis, thanks for watching the video and your thoughts. This property actually went under contract within a week of coming to market. While I won't disclose the selling price until it closes on October 5th, there certainly was a demand for it at the list price.

You clearly don’t know shit about Martha’s Vineyard lmao. We sold our 2 bedroom 1 bath cape house for 600k + and it had no waterfront just forest views. This house is 4 mill all day.
