Am I alone in thinking this property is not as luxurious as it should be considering the asking price of almost £5 million and the slightly boxy looking rooms plus the one major flaw in the design which cannot be overlooked- the ultra low height ceiling?! When you get into that bracket typically the staging is just to give some ideas & most buyers will get an interior designer to pretty much make it more tailored to them if that makes sense. Even the bespoke furniture that it may come with you’ll probably end up replacing or trying to strike a deal for the property minus the furniture

All the rooms are a very good size. The master is huge. Those electric taps are a nice touch. And the fridge in the laundry room! Five summers can fit on that sofa. Those lights in the movie room feel like tiny stars in the sky. You pronounced the names of the appliance brands correctly. Are there drawers in the kitchen island? My mother is those some people who prefer a gas stove. Tiny blinders inside the window. Bathtub with space to put stuff on the sides, yes please. Top floor wardrobe is huge. A lot of natural light everywhere in the house. It is so nice. Overall a really nice rich people house.

Very nice practical design, only criticisms would be that the kitchen lacks any natural light, windows. Also the outdoor area lacks a nice covered patio area with outdoor fireplaces or built in BBQ. For an extend and modernised property they did a fantastic job. If it is a new build then I think there is still a lot of room for improvement when it comes to the design. Finishes are way above average though considering the price tag about on par.

Absolutely soulless property both inside and out. Low ceilings and light brown carpets everywhere. Sorry, but buyers of £5m properties would normally want parquet flooring or something similar in the reception rooms at least. This has rental property written all over it. The kitchen is decent. And an upstairs laundry is welcome and demonstrates some understanding of the target market.

I was also thinking with the amount of people that have allergies nowadays, carpet would be horrendous. And also with kids and dogs... I would rip that all out immediately. Would have been better to use wooden floors and then rugs. Though, probably, because they only use blinds and no drapes, they need to have it for the acoustics. Though, also wondering what happens when a blind breaks/something goes wrong, do you need to replace the entire window?

You can tell it’s built by a developer without much money out into planning. Missed so much on opportunity to make it amazing. So many ideas lost in a block off style. Missed out on so many opportunities. Incredible potential if it was an old building but because it’s new it’s a mistake to have to change. Tried to make an open plan but lost parts and ended up with blocks or cubicles. Everything is a box/room rather then a large flowing property. Waste of money to purchase. Better to buy a few small properties in London and rent them out or sell them on clean washed then buy a property like this.

Great video as usual and thank you for sharing. It looks great from the outside, but not from the inside even though the rooms are very generously sized. I think it's poorly designed with the kitchen being very dark for example. As a German native speaker I can tell you that you got the pronunciation of the appliances spot on Summer. :-)

I'd like more garage/car parking space for lots of cars. Nice commentary and yes I'd definitely want more space and privacy from the neighbours. Lots of good features probably worth around £3.5 - 4 million. Lots of potential.
