Nice house design, bad location. I'd take the blueprint, and build that same house on a bigger lot with a view of the water.

If I am to pay 4M on a house , I literally don’t want anyone nearby, also hmm too many turns and walls .. but then again it’s in Bellevue therefore, no thanks.
