Hello Peter, This Florida Mansion in Fort Lauderdale is magnificent, The Great Room is perfect and the Kitchen marble design is nice , The backyard with the Covered Patio and the Jacuzzi is amazing to spend time with the family, The Primary Bedroom and the Primary Bathroom are beautiful, I enjoy watching this video 🤍 🩶 🏝 Excellent tour.

@@marklane870 clearly you haven't seen the numerous videos of homes in Fort Lauderdale that were way overpriced. Miami is its own problem. This is happening around the entire country. Developers and Real estate companies are in cahoots and manipulating the housing market. When one bubble burst, the next one starts developing. This is old news for every industry that is compromised of billions and trillions of dollars. The greedy always wants more.

It's a nice house, everything one would expect at that price point, but the lot is awful. It's got less depth than a Marvel movie. I guess people into claustrophobic traffic noise might like it?
