I like the longer versions. BTW, it would be helpful to know where these homes are. I don’t recall hearing what area this one was in. An address would also be nice if applicable. We have been looking at Lethbridge from BC, and watch most of your videos. 😊

Lot size? Brand new homes builders cheaping out on lot sizes.

This one is sold already, it was a decent sized lot. It’s typically not the builder cheating out on lot size, it’s the developer that chooses the size of lots unfortunately- but yes they do keep getting smaller and smaller
