How lovely to hear a more verbose and Estate-wise this tour has been. Spending millions shouldn’t come with “but I won’t show you that now” or “ Now (so and so ) can hold the camera while I show you the upstairs” . This has been a lovely stately home showing. Snappy, not concerned about the flowers on the table or what books are on the shelves. Surrounded by an interesting selection. Well sold.

Not a false note anywhere. It requires a swimming pool house, though, with temperature control. Also, it would benefit from an orchard and a walled kitchen garden off from the kitchen.
