I haven't done my dad's side yet, because the test is expensive, But on my dad's side maybe it'll be Benin or Nigeria. There was decent number of schools within about a mile. There was a hospital as well about 3 hospitals between 5 to 7 miles away

Carry your own hut and mud in your flight.....rest can be provided

You will have to buy a plot of land and then find people to build it for you, but it might be extremely difficult to find someone who knows how to do that because no one is building mud houses in our current generation. Consider building a brick house.
