What an Intro through the driveway! Super slick! There is so much to like about this incredible property. there was not a single thing I could think of not to like about it! For the price its absolutely a steal. Most houses that I watch has been more expensive and this one definitely one of the best I've seen, and yet again you did an incredible job to see all the amenities this home has from the inside of the property and the outside with the pool ( with the slide of course! ) basketball court, and The Guest house. What can say? I am speechless honestly. You and Raul just shown us such an Amazing listing.Thank you all the same. Btw like everyone else mention what was the 3 dollars for? Funny this house has more to offer than those 20-30 million dollar mansions😂😂😂 I think this is one of the few houses I'll excuse for having a small grass section because of all the walking space it has to offer outside. That 3 car garage has potential to have a covered car port next to it or an additional garage built. Over the house is perfect and I definitely would never complain about

Would be better if it had an attached garage. The office with on suite bath could be a bedroom though it isn't really set up for that and would be a small one. The loft area I feel should have a balcony rather than that area just being a roof. Huge land area could be an acre or so, though it's tucked away behind the neighbor and accessed through a long driveway, but it is private which is cool. would prefer a downstairs laundry room and an elevator, or perhaps a second laundry room. Seems odd to have a linen closet or shelves in the powder room since there isn't a shower, might as well make it a 3/4 bath.
