Beautiful home, I love the soft yellow coloring on the walls and how it compliments the wood contrast. Lots of natural lighting in the living room and a big spacious open kitchen to engage company. Plenty of leg room under the island, lots of space in the breakfast nook. I loved the gas stove, and the moziac back splash (you missed the parlor area for the washer and dryer, as well as the garage). The master suite was nice, I fell in love with the bathroom, separate sinks, a small sitting area and a garden size tub; as well as a two entry shower, I could tell that closet was massive. Each room had a unique feature, well proportioned. The room with the double closet was an added plus , the media room was nice as well. My favorite part of this home, would be the backyard. I adore the landscaping, fenced-in without the headache of someone else's meddling pet. Lots of space, the pool and jacuzzi is a bonus to the home. Absolutely lovely , great location and worth the price.

I love how articulate and descriptive the realtor is. I find the house itself oddly designed, however. Bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, low-hanging chandeliers. He gracefully didn't hit his head, but I am a bit clumsy. I will continue to watch. This fellow has a lot of interesting inventory.
